Josh Hardy

Josh Hardy

Executive Director

In May 2013, just after his graduation from Colby-Sawyer College, Josh was hired by ConcordTV to be the station’s Training/Production Coordinator. During that time he taught all our video classes, led our youth camp programs, and developed new training curriculum. He then transitioned to Station Manager and after Doris Ballard’s retirement in 2019 was named Executive Director. As Executive Director, Josh is responsible for managing day-to-day station operations, long-term vision planning, presenting to the board of directors, and still sometimes grabbing a camera to help create new community videos!
